We have years of experience in supplying and creating memorials for your loved ones, we also have brochures available if you would like one to be sent out to you free of charge.
Choosing a Memorial
We have a wide variety of memorials for you to choose from. One thing to bare in mind is whether your loved one will be buried or cremated, into either a churchyard or cemetery. We have brochures that we can send to you free of charge. Or you might like to come and visit our Oxfordshire showroom.
For cemeteries and churchyards they have some rules with regards to stone types. We can let you know the guidelines prior to your decisions.
Ordering a Memorial
When you have made your choice of headstone we require a 50% deposit upon order. The final balance due upon completion.
The Inscription
Let us know the wording you would like carved into the stone and we will provide layouts for you to approve or amend. When you are happy with the layout we require a signature to confirm.
Memorial application forms for churchyards or cemeteries.
It is a requirement to gain permission to erect a memorial in a church yard or cemetery.
Each churchyard and cemetery have their own fees of which can be paid directly by the client or ourselves on your behalf. We can find out these costs for you when we know the place of rest.
Please note the memorials cannot be fitted until permits have been issued.
Work carried out to stone and fixing of stone
Following on from the previous steps we will be able to commence works with the stone as soon as it arrives. Depending on stocks and supplies the lead times can vary as they come from all over the world.
Fitting of Memorial. Fitted to National Association of Memorial Masons standards (NAMM BS8415)
We aim to complete each order once deposit has been taken within 16 weeks.
Please also advice if there is a personal date/milestone you require the stone to be fitted by and we can do our best to accommodate.
Final balance upon completion
The final balance is to be settled upon completion of the memorial.
